OUR HISTORY
SINCE 1987
Founded in 1987 by Harold J. Newell, the company began with a simple vision: a strong desire to build a successful business rooted in hard work and quality service. Originally located on Middle Street in Scranton, the company quickly established itself serving both residential and commercial customers.
From the beginning, Harold focused on HVAC services and brought expertise in sheet metal, creating a well-rounded operation that supported steady growth over the years. Through dedication and a commitment to customer satisfaction, the company continued to expand its client base and reputation throughout the region.
GROWING TO MEET THE FUTURE
In 2017, the company relocated to its current, expanded facility at 800 Sanderson Street in Throop. Today, it remains family-owned and employs nearly 100 people, contributing to the strength of the local economy.
The modern facility includes a large, on-site ductwork fabrication area, allowing for greater efficiency and quality control.
In addition, the company’s Drawing and Sketching Department is staffed by top specialists who utilize advanced BIM technology to support precision and innovation in every project.
Looking toward the future, the company is continuing to grow. An additional building is currently under construction to house pipe fabrication operations, with completion expected by the end of 2026.
